When you come to pick up your rental, please remember to bring your I.D. and Credit Card.
It is important to understand that you will be responsible for any damages or losses that occur to the bicycles, gear, or parts during your rental.
If you are interested in renting an E-MTB, please note that they are only available to book in advance for full days only, due to charging requirements.
For full-day rentals, you can pick up the bikes anytime between 10 am and 7 pm.
Early pickup fee (additional $20) allows you to pick up bike the night before your scheduled rental day. Early pickup times are 7pm-8pm the day before your scheduled rental. (Includes charger) We cannot guarantee the bike will be ready before 8pm, so you may need to hangout and enjoy a beverage while you wait for the rental to be ready.
Please note that all bikes must be transported using a bike rack or tailgate pad. We will not check out bikes to customers who do not have a bike rack or tailgate pad to haul them.
To rent a bike, you must be 18 years or older, or have your parent or guardian sign for you
If you rent or demo a bike and decide that you want to purchase it, we are happy to apply one full day's rental fee towards the purchase of a new bike. Just make sure to call ahead to reserve multiple bikes and try them in succession for the cost of one day's rental.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware that there may be a $20 setup and service fee.
We will place hold a credit card which will then be released once the rental is returned and inspected for any damages. Goodwynns is hereby authorized to use the credit card to collect for any damage to or loss of the rental, without further consent or authorization from you. Any rental returned late will be subject to a fee twice the original rental amount.
