Pick Up/Delivery Times: Deliveries begin as early as 10am but can be as late as 6pm during peak season. Pick ups begin as early as 10am during off season and 8am during peak season. Please ensure bikes are left locked in the same place they were dropped off. We recommend your delivery and pick up date to correspond with your check in and check out dates to ensure you have full use of the bikes during your stay. 

Liability Waiver Statement: I, Renter, agree to assume any and all liability associated with the use of this rental equipment. Bumblebee Bike Rentals is not responsible for any injury resulting from the use of rental equipment. A waiver will need to be signed PRIOR to your bikes being delivered. 

Damage Statement: I, Renter, agree to replace any damaged, lost or stolen rented property including bikes, helmets, locks, baskets, etc.

I, Renter, agree to the replacement cost for lost, stolen or damaged items as follows:

• All bikes: $150
• Lock- $25
• Helmet- $25
• Basket- $15

Cancellation Policy: Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 1 week (7 days) of delivery date, no refund will be given. We, unfortunately, cannot control the weather and our standard refund policy applies to all items.
