Rental Policies:

When you rent from Arky’s Bike rental we will:

·         Adjust the suspension and seat for your weight and height

·         Provide you with a helmet unless you already have one to use

·         All bikes come with flat pedals

·         We offer a saddle alternative for women riders.

·         Charger for early and multi day rentals.

·         Identify a pick-up time and location

·         Deliver the rented e-bike(s) to a prearranged location. See below for acceptable locations.

Acceptable Delivery/ Pickup Locations:

·         We will deliver to your home, Airbnb, hotel or trailhead within the City of Bentonville and select locations in Bela Vista.

·         Acceptable Trailhead locations:

o   Slaughter Pen: Parking at 2400 N Walton Boulevard just south of the bark park.

o   Slaughter Pen: NE A Street & Cub Circle parking lot.

o   The parking garage in downtown Bentonville at 207 NE B St, Bentonville, AR 72712.

o   Cohler Preserve’s largest parking lot at 2500 NW Grove Lane, off NW 3rd St.

o   Blowing Springs MTN bike trailhead at 651 Blowing Spring Rd, Bella Vista, AR 72714.

Early Rental pickup option:

IF you arrive in town early and would like to ride, please contact us so we can arrange to deliver the bike to you. We will provide a charger you can use to recharge the bike so you have a full battery the next day. We will arrange to pick up the rental during the normal pickup times.

Rental Delivery Times:

Rental Deliveries begin at 9 a.m. M-F and 8 a.m. on Saturday.

We will communicate an anticipated delivery time and status via phone call, text and/or email.

Rental Pick Up Times:

All Rental pickup is between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. If you would like an earlier pickup please contact us.

Pickup location will be the same as the delivery location unless other arrangements have been approved.

Same Day Rentals:

Subject to availability, you can rent one of our e-bikes same day at a rate of $80 if the start time of your rental is after 12:00 p.m. and the bike is returned during our normal pick-up times on the same day.

Late Return

If you are more than 30 minutes late in returning the rented bike(s) and equipment you will be charged an additional $50.

If you fail to return the rented equipment within 24 hours of the agreed upon time, we will consider the bike stolen and will notify the police. You will also be charged $1,000 to cover the deductible. If our insurance does not cover the rented equipment, we reserve the right to recover the cost of the bike.

Cancellation

All reservations may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the rental period. There is a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee.

Rental Damage Responsibility

You are responsible for any and all damage to the bike, beyond normal wear and tear and agree to pay all cost of necessary repairs.

Optional Damage Protection

You have the option to choose to purchase either Partial or Full Coverage Damage Protection. You will be financially responsible for any damage that exceeds the coverage limit. If the damage to the rented bike is deemed to be a total loss, you will be responsible to pay $1,000. In the event the total loss is not covered by our Insurance, we reserve the right to recover the cost of the bike. Damage Protection DOES NOT cover intentional abuse, damage caused by negligence, and/ or loss or theft of the bike.

Partial Damage Protection protects you from paying for any repairs up to $250. Any damage above $250 is your financial responsibility.

Full Damage Protection provides the ultimate peace of mind as it covers 100% of the bike.
