1. Rental Agreement:
By renting a vehicle or scooter from Drive Raro, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the renter) and Drive Raro.

2. Insurance excess: our rentals include insurance with an excess of $1000 if any damage is incurred. We will place a hold for this amount in your credit card prior to rental which will be released when the vehicle is returned in the same condition as picked up.

3. Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings must be paid in full seven (7) days prior to arrival. The booking is refundable (less the deposit) if seven (7) full days notice is given.

4. Responsibility for Damages:
You, as the renter, are responsible for any damages to the vehicle or scooter during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents, collisions, scratches, dents, and theft. This responsibility extends to the full cost of repair or replacement of the vehicle or scooter.

5. Late Returns:
It is imperative to return the rented vehicle or scooter on or before the agreed-upon end time specified in the rental agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. A grace period of 30 minutes will be provided, after which a late fee of $50 per hour will be applied.

6. Accidents and Incidents:
In the event of an accident or incident, the renter must immediately inform Drive Raro and local authorities (if necessary). Failure to report an accident may result in the forfeiture of insurance coverage and additional penalties. The renter must cooperate fully with any investigation or insurance claim process.

7. Prohibited Activities:
The rented vehicle or scooter must not be used for any illegal activities, including but not limited to reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, racing, or transporting illegal substances. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the rental agreement and legal consequences.

8. Vehicle Maintenance:
The renter is responsible for maintaining the rented vehicle or scooter in good condition throughout the rental period. This includes regular refueling, checking fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly to Drive Raro.

9. Return Condition:
The rented vehicle or scooter must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with the exception of normal wear and tear. Excessive cleaning fees may be applied if the vehicle or scooter is returned excessively dirty. The vehicle must be returned full of petrol, and the eftpos slip left in the car.

10. Indemnity:
By renting a vehicle or scooter from Drive Raro, the renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Drive Raro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the rental or use of the vehicle or scooter.

11. Acceptance:
By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
