Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, equipment damage, and collision with other vehicles, pedestrians, or obstacles. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented bicycle and related equipment.

Release of Liability

In consideration of the services provided by Cycles & Cream, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Cycles & Cream, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to my rental and use of bicycles and equipment, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Helmet Policy

I understand that a helmet is available and strongly recommended. If I choose not to wear a helmet, I do so at my own risk.

Equipment Responsibility

I agree to return the bicycle and all rented gear in the same condition in which it was provided. I accept responsibility for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and agree to pay for necessary repairs or replacement at the discretion of Cycles & Cream.

Rental Terms

• I will follow all local traffic and trail rules.

• I will not operate the bicycle under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• I will not allow any other person to ride the rented bike unless approved by shop staff.
