Online bicycle rental platform will include waiver/terms and conditions that include safety recommendations and a liability which will be endorsed and submitted prior to rental reservation or prior to rental bike being rented out in store. Signing and accepting this reservation means I (renter) fully understand and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by Action Rideshop. Minors (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a legal guardian and assume liability. Please carefully read our waiver/terms and conditions before reserving/rental submission. Upon arrival of rental we also require a photo copy of a drivers license, government stated ID, or passport along with a valid credit card for collateral of rental during the duration of the rental. (Must be a credit card, not a debit card).

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.(call shop)

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the rental start time, you will receive a full refund.

No exceptions will be made for late cancellations, no-shows, or early returns.
