The use of all items rented from Rental Concierge LLC, d/b/a Just 4 Fun, takes place at your own risk. Rental Concierge LLC will not be held liable for any damage which occurs during the rental period. Renter is responsible for up to 100% of the replacement cost of the item should it sustain any damage. The renter is fully liable for any injuries and/or damage to themselves, members of their group, and other persons or objects. Renters will be charged for rental items not returned or missing. 

Additionally, I understand and agree:

·      Bikes must be locked at all times when not being ridden. 

·      Bikes cannot be ridden at night without a light.

·      Kayaks and Paddleboards require a lifejacket on board at all times.

·      Kayaks and Paddleboards have a 250lb weight limit.

·      For deliveries, items are considered ‘in use’ and ‘rented’ at the time the delivery is made, regardless of whether the items are actually used by the renter.

·      Power boats have a maximum capacity (passengers and gear) of 10 people and 1,400lbs.

Cancellation (non-power boats): Before delivery - no charge, same day as delivery $25 or 50%; after one day, contract revised based on actual use.

Power Boat cancellation: No charge for cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the total amount of this contract unless small craft weather advisories are posted by the National Weather Service.

I authorize my credit card to be charged for all fees, damages, missing items, items returned late, and gasoline (power boats only). 

I understand the above mentioned declaration and agree to assume liability.
