BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
(a) Our software allows you to make bicycle rental bookings. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by District Bicycle Co.
(b) By making a booking, you agree to pay the rental fees as displayed on our software. Payments may be made using the provided payment methods.
(c) District Bicycle Co reserves the right to modify the rental fees and payment methods at any time without prior notice.
(d) In the event of cancellation or no-show, the refund policy of District Bicycle Co will apply.
LIABILITY
(a) District Bicycle Co will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our software or rental of bicycles. You acknowledge that bicycle rentals involve inherent risks and that you assume all responsibility for your own safety.
(b) District Bicycle Co will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from any interruption or failure of our software, including but not limited to technical issues, server downtime, or data loss.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in our software and any associated materials are the property of District Bicycle Co.
(b) You agree not to use or display any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials belonging to District Bicycle Co without prior written consent.
PRIVACY

Damage Insurance
Damage Insurance covers replacement parts and labour associated with accidental incidents. Damage Insurance does NOT cover negligence from RIDING OUTSIDE OF ONE'S ABILITIES, THEFT, OR IMPROPER STORAGE OR TRANSPORTATION OF THE RENTAL BICYCLE
