This user agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the undersigned (“User”) being permitted access to and use of the below identified equipment (the “Equipment”) from the Walmart Inc. (“Walmart”). User agrees to follow all terms and conditions set forth in this document. Should User be found in breach of any of these terms and conditions, User will lose all privileges and permitted access to and use of the Equipment.

 User agrees the Equipment shall be used solely by the User and no other persons shall be permitted to use the Equipment.

 A helmet and other protection gear is recommended at all times when the Equipment.

 User agrees to comply with all local and state laws, rules and regulations during use of the Equipment, including but not limited to all traffic laws.

 User agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received by User, normal wear and tear excepted.

 Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary Walmart reserves the right to decline or revoke use and access to such Equipment.

 User agrees that User shall behave in a controlled and reasonable manner at all times while using the Equipment and shall refrain from using any of the Equipment, in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and purpose.

 In addition to obligations imposed herein, User agrees to comply with all rules imposed by Walmart regarding the use of the Equipment, via any communications platform, or otherwise communicated to User by Walmart, or their affiliates.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: On this day, I (We), the Undersigned, for and in consideration of the privilege to use the Equipment, completely and fully release Walmart, its subsidiaries, assigns and successors from any and all liability, claims, actions, causes of actions, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation whatsoever that may arise from my (our) use, access or possession of the Equipment at any time. I (We) intend that this release apply to any and all injuries, damages, losses and expenses, past or future, which may arise from the use, access or possession of the Equipment.
