Rental bikes and all accessories (lock, helmet, tube, tools, etc.) are your responsibility for the entire duration of the rental period. You are financially responsible for complete loss, damage, and/or theft up to the full retail value of the bike(s). You ride them at your own risk. A lock and a helmet will be made available to you at no extra charge. Credit card (excluding American Express) is the only accepted form of payment for rentals. Payment is due upon pick up, and Credit/Debit card and owner of card being used for payment must be present.
