I agree to cease use and assume all responsibility for the immediate return of all equipment that is broken down or otherwise malfunctioning. I understand that bicycling is an inherently dangerous activity that can result in serious injury or death, and I agree that I am assuming all such risks caused by my participation therein.  I agree that IMT has no duty to supervise my conduct or that of others.

All warranties, express, implied, and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically disclaimed.  Recovery in any action on breach of contract by Idaho Mountain Touring, Inc. shall be limited to the amount of rental fee herein.  Should any portion of this agreement be held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected.  I waive any cause of action based on product liability.  I represent that I possess the requisite skills to safely operate the equipment rented here.

Customers are 100% responsible for bikes and other equipment rented. If a bike or other equipment rented is stolen, the customer agrees by signing this that they will pay the full retail price of the bike and equipment rented. If a lock is provided, it is for convenience only.

• All loss of or damage to equipment will be charged to renter.
• Two additional full day rates will be charged for all late returns.
• A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for dirty bikes.
• All reservations require full payment at time of reserving items.
• If bicycle is transported by motor vehicle, a suitable bike rack must be used.
