Rental Equipment Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Lessor" refers to [Your Company Name], the provider of the rental equipment.

• "Lessee" refers to the individual or company renting the equipment.

• "Equipment" refers to all items listed in the rental agreement.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins on the date of equipment delivery or pick-up and ends on the agreed return date. Extensions may incur additional charges.

3. Rental Fees and Payment

• Fees are due in full before or upon receipt of the equipment unless otherwise agreed.

• Late returns may result in additional charges.

• A security deposit may be required.

4. Use of Equipment

• Equipment must be used for its intended purpose and operated by qualified individuals.

• Lessee assumes full responsibility for the care, custody, and control of the equipment during the rental period.

5. Condition of Equipment

• Equipment is delivered in good working condition. Lessee agrees to inspect upon receipt and notify Lessor of any defects within 24 hours.

• Lessee is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

6. Maintenance and Repairs

• Lessee must maintain the equipment in good condition.

• Repairs due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are the responsibility of the Lessee.

7. Loss, Theft, or Damage

• Lessee is liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.

• In the event of total loss, Lessee agrees to pay the replacement cost.

8. Return of Equipment

• Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.

• Additional cleaning fees may apply if returned dirty.

9. Liability and Indemnity

• Lessor is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.

• Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Lessee’s use.

10. Insurance

• Lessee may be required to provide proof of insurance covering loss or damage to the equipment.

11. Termination

• Lessor reserves the right to terminate the agreement and recover the equipment if terms are violated.

12. Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado.
