These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of bicycles ("Bike") from The Line ("Company") by the customer ("Customer"). By renting a Bike, the Customer agrees to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the date and time the Bike is rented and ends when the Bike is returned to the Company. The minimum rental period is one hour.
2. Rental Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the rental fee as stated by the Company at the time of rental. The rental fee is calculated based on the rental period and any additional services requested by the Customer.
3. Security Deposit: The Customer agrees to provide a security deposit at the time of rental. The amount of the security deposit will be determined by the Company and may vary based on the type of Bike rented. The security deposit will be refunded to the Customer upon return of the Bike in the same condition as when it was rented.
4. Bike Use: The Customer agrees to use the Bike in a safe and responsible manner and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Customer shall not use the Bike for any commercial purposes or in any manner that may cause damage to the Bike or any third party.
5. Bike Condition: The Customer agrees to return the Bike to the Company in the same condition as when it was rented. The Customer shall be responsible for any damage to the Bike, except for normal wear and tear. The Customer shall immediately notify the Company of any damage to the Bike during the rental period.
6. Late Return: The Customer agrees to return the Bike to the Company at the end of the rental period. A late fee may be charged for any Bike not returned by the agreed upon time.
7. Release and Indemnification: The Customer agrees to release and indemnify the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of the Customer's use of the Bike.
8. Limitation of Liability: The Customer agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Customer's use of the Bike, including, but not limited to, personal injury or property damage.
9. Termination: The Company may terminate this Agreement and the Customer's rental of the Bike at any time without notice if the Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Washington State Court System.
11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Customer and the Company and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
12. Modification: This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by both the Customer and the Company.
13. By signing this release form, I hereby grant The Lien Experience, Inc. permission to use, reproduce, and publish photographs and/or video recordings of me taken during the activity, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and website content. I understand that these images may be used in various forms of media and may be edited at the discretion of The Line. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images and release The Line from any claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise in connection with the use of these images
    

By renting a Bike, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
