Skiing and snowboarding are dangerous.  You could get hurt or killed.  You can fall, hit something or someone could hit you.  There are obstacles you will encounter, including but not limited to trees, rocks, variable snow, moguls, jump features, rails, bridges, animals, children, other skiers. You take full responsibility for yourself and your rental skis, boots, and/or snowboard.  By taking out the equipment you affirm that you know how to use the equipment and all features of the equipment and obstacles you might encounter.  The staff is not infallible and are human.   You agree to be responsible for yourself and acknowledge there is serious risk involved in skiing and/or snowboarding.

Rentals days are consecutive.  If you take a day off, return the equipment to us the night before or before 8:30 am so that we can rent it to someone else.  Otherwise, you will be charged for each day that you have the equipment, whether you ski or board, or not, whether you leave it in ski valet or not.  Rentals must be returned on the day they are due to avoid an additional day's rental fee.  

Damage insurance is for routine damage in the normal use of equipment while skiing.  It is an optional charge that you must request if you want damage coverage.  Dropping from vehicles, racks, transport accidents, hitting rocks and damaging the base or breaking loose edging, loss and theft are not covered.  If you forget your equipment somewhere or bring the wrong equipment back - you will pay a daily rate while the skis/snowboards/boots are missing up to the value of replacing them for the shop.  

You must leave a credit card on file for your reservation and any individuals you are paying for.  Please note, the card will be charged for additional days equipment is out, loss, theft, damage not covered, or failure to return for you and for any member of your party.  .  

We charge one days rental fee per ski/board for no shows and late cancellations.  Please call us at 970-404-0665 to cancel your reservation with 24 hours notice prior to start of rental period.
