We are located at 330 University Avenue in Charlottetown. Our store hours are Monday – Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM. After hours pick ups and drop offs are available at a charge of $74.99. These alternate arrangements should be set up as early as possible. 

Rental insurance is available on your Hybrid bikes at a rate of $2.50 per bike per day. This insurance covers any damage or broken items (not including theft) while the bicycle is in your possession. Any theft of the bike will be covered under your own homeowner’s insurance plan. 

Items included with your OLS bike rental are:

·     Helmet

·     Lock

·     Repair Kit

·     Pump

·     Water bottle cage

·     Maps

·     Flat pedals

The repair kit provided includes all the essential items to complete most repairs you may encounter while riding our rental bikes such as flat tires and hardware adjustments.  If you require on site assistance with any adjustments or repairs, for which you have sufficient tools to do so yourself, you will be charged for mileage to and from your location as well as the mechanic’s time on site. 

Any used tubes or patches from our provided repair kit will be charged back to the customer. 

OLS does not give credits or refunds for early returns.

Bike Rental Cancellation Policy:

We offer a 72 hour cancellation policy on all bike rentals. Notice given within the 72 hours prior to your reservation will result in full refund of your deposit.  NO refunds will be given for notice of less than 72 hours.  Please note that we do not refund, cancel or alter reservations due to weather, sickness and/or injury. 

Bike Tour Cancellation Policy:

All deposits on Bike Tours are non-refundable.  In the unlikely event of cancellation we will work with you to reschedule and find alternate dates.

OLS reserves the right to hold and charge your credit card for any damages incurred during your rental.
