There are no refunds after accepting delivery. Signer and renting members in their group may not loan, rent or lease Items to any other person and agrees not to take rented items out of the state of Alaska without written permission from Trek Bicycle Store of Anchorage (TSOA). Only rented Items will be accepted for return with no modifications made to Items. Items must be returned in the same condition as was received.

Late fees of up to $100.00 per day will be assessed for each Item returned after the due date. Additional fees will be incurred if TSOA incurs additional time and expense in recovering lost or non-returned Items. Any Items not returned after 72 hours past the scheduled end of the rental will be charged the full retail price plus any late fees. Return of an Item is complete when bike shop personnel have checked it back in. Participants must inform a TSOA Manager if Items are damaged or not working properly.

Signer agrees to reimburse TSOA for lost, stolen or destroyed Items at regular retail rates and will be charged regular shop rates for cleaning or repairing any Items returned excessively dirty or damaged. Signer understands that payment for additional rental fees, late fees, cleaning, repair or replacement charges will initially come from the credit card collected prior to the start of this rental.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time are entitled to a full refund. No refunds are given if reservations are cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time.
