han reasonable wear & tear, which results from using this equipment. I authorize Cactus Adventures (The Mayor of Bike Town LLC) to charge my credit card for any damage, loss, or expenses due to negligence or neglect. 

*All instructions on the use of the rental equipment have been made clear to me and I understand the charges and will abide by the following rules/instructions. 

*I represent that I am in good physical health and capable of participating in the event I have chosen to attend. 

By signing this document, I acknowledge that if anyone is hurt or property is damaged during my participation in this activity, I may be found in a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against Cactus Adventures based on any claim from which I have released them herein. I have read and understood this document and agree to be bound by its terms.
