Billy's Rentals/BikeShop
Additional parts: parts and accessories must be installed by Billy's Bike Shop staff, the renter is responsible for any damages from improper installations not done by employees.
Charges/Refunds: Credit card for reservation purposes only and will only be charged if customer does not follow cancellation terms.
We require a minimum of 48-hour notice of cancellation for a complete refund. Cancellations, less than 24 hours, or NO CALL NO SHOW could be charged up to 2 days of the rental price. Please call or email us we are more than happy to assist and work with you.
The customer must bring a photo ID, and Credit Card for payment when checking in for your rental.
Rentals Times: Items must be picked up and returned by the customer, between the hours of 8:30 am and no later than 2:30 pm on specified dates.
For Deliveries:
Currently we are not offering delivery through ONLINE reservations. Please call the shop to make sure we can accommodate.
Customer MUST stop at Billy's bike shop for fitting, adding accessories, signing additional paperwork before delivery will be scheduled.
The customer must be present for all deliveries and return pickup.
IF CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT DURING DELIVERY CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO PAY ADDITIONAL TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY.
LIABILITY: The customer will responsible for any damage to property due to neglect, weather, wildlife, or abandonment of rental property.
