1. The Island Hopper will remain on Omni Amelia Island Resort and will be driven on hard surface roadways in accordance with state and local traffic regulations governing the use of motor vehicles.
a.  Not to be used on golf course or bike trails., the beach or A1A
b.  Only persons 16 years of age and over with a valid driver's license are permitted to use the Hopper. I agree that I am solely responsible for abiding by this requirement and am solely liable for any damage or injury caused regardless of who is driving the Island Hopper.
c. Only 4 passengers on the 4 passenger Hopper, only 6 passengers on the 6 passenger Hopper
d.  There will be a $35 fee for any lost Island Hopper keys.
2. HOPPER MUST BE RETURNED TO RENTAL COMPLEX AFTER USE FOR CREDIT OF DEPOSIT.
3. There will be an adequate amount of gas in the vehicle to endure four days of the rental. Gas refills can be obtained at Amelia’s Wheels during regular operating hours
4. Within the meaning of this agreement, a rental day is considered 24 hours beginning at time of rental.
5. If there is any mechanical problem, the vehicle should be returned to the rental location for servicing or exchange, or call ext. 5120 for assistance.
6. As a condition of renting an Island Hopper from Amelia’s Wheels at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, I agree to the following conditions of use and release of liability:
