As the person designated "the client" in this act I accept and manifest that in case of moderate or immoderate use of "the bicycle" this causes any damage to any third party I will be fully responsible for the third party and I will have to compensate the damages caused by my own taking charge of the expenses and medical fees, whatever they are and that are generated in case of physical injury that they cause to third party.

For this reason, I expressly declare that in case of suffering in my person any injury (physical or otherwise) or damage to my property and even my death by the use of "the bicycle", I am and will be solely responsible and I agree and oblige myself to cover, on my own account, any type of expense or medical fees or any other expense that may arise as a result of the damage, injury or death suffered to my person.

Therefore, in this act, I expressly waive any legal action, civil or otherwise against the company ANDA EN BICI, against its partners, shareholders or against any other third. Therefore, in this letter I release the establishment that rents "the bicycle" and the company ANDA EN BICI of any civil, criminal, or any other kind of responsibility,

On the other hand, I declare that "the bicycle" that was rented to me is in optimal condition, so this is committed and forced to return it in the same state in the establishment where the bicycle was rented. As a guarantee of the good use that I will make of "the bicycle" in the aforementioned terms, and for the case that due to carelessness, violence or third party coercion, "the bicycle" is stolen from me or I do not return it to the state that was borrowed, with accessories such as lights, padlock, helmet,  or other accessory that is provided to me, I subscribe the following commercial document.
