By renting equipment from Gallatin Alpine Sports ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Renter", "you", "your") agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to rent equipment. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on your behalf.

2. Rental Period

• The rental period starts at pick-up and ends at the agreed return time. Late returns will incur additional charges.

3. Rental Rates

• Rental fees vary based on equipment type and rental duration. Prices may change based on seasonality.

4. Equipment Use

• Use the equipment safely and according to instructions. You are responsible for its safe use during the rental period.

5. Condition of Equipment

• Inspect the equipment at pick-up. Notify us of any issues immediately. You must return the equipment in the same condition, excluding normal wear.

6. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment. Fees for repairs or replacement will apply.

7. Late Returns

• Late returns will incur additional charges. Unreturned equipment may result in a full replacement charge.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellations made 24 hours+ in advance will receive a full refund. 

9. Liability

• You use the equipment at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses. You agree to indemnify us for any claims resulting from your use.

10. Insurance

• We recommend purchasing travel or rental insurance. Optional damage waivers may be available.

11. Refunds and Returns

• Refunds are only available for defective equipment or cancellations within the policy.

12. Privacy

• Your personal data will be used for booking and rental purposes only and will not be shared without your consent.

13. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montana, USA.

14. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
