I will inspect all equipment (which may include SUP boards, surfboards, skateboards, bicycles, beach play equipment or any other equipment) for damage before and after the rental period. I agree that I have rented the items described above and have examined them and determined them to be in good condition and will return in as good condition with the exception of ordinary wear and tear to be expected. I will return equipment at once if the item is not functioning properly. I will pay promptly all costs resulting from damages to equipment. I agree not to use equipment for other than its intended purpose or to act recklessly while using equipment or in a way that endangers others. If I fail to abide by the terms of this Agreement, R&R OUTFITTERS may repossess without notice to me, and R&R OUTFITTERS is hereby released from all claims arising therefrom. Should the equipment be lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period, I will be financially responsible for repair or replacement costs as determined by R&R OUTFITTERS in its sole and unfettered discretion. R&R OUTFITTERS is not responsible for accidents, property damage, or personal injury caused directly or indirectly in the use of these rented items. Further, I indemnify R&R OUTFITTERS in any and all claims that arise from another rider’s use of the equipment, whether or not I specifically authorized the use by the other rider. Early return of rental items does not qualify for reduction of fees. I either have appropriate insurance or, in its absence, agree to pay all costs of rescue and/or medical services that may be incurred on my/our behalf. I agree that any video, film, photographs, pictures or likeness of me/us as participants, whether taken with R&R OUTFITTERS’s camera or mine, become R&R OUTFITTERS’s property and may be used for promotional or commercial purposes, and may be posted to any social media and/or internet site, with NO compensation due me/us. Upon request by R&R OUTFITTERS, I agree to immediately remove from any internet site any digital content that displays R&R OUTFITTERS’s brands or likeness in any way. By signing here, I acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions for use and authorize R&R OUTFITTERS to charge my credit card for any lost, stolen or damaged rental items.
