Online Rental Reservation Agreement
Terms & Conditions:

This Online Rental Reservation is a booking agreement made between EaDo Bike Co (“Rentor”) via Bike Rental Manager and the person and/or firm to whom this booking is requested by (“Rentee”)

By clicking the “I have read the Terms and Conditions” box, you, the Rentee, agrees and acknowledges that the Rentee has read, understands, and accepts full responsibility for and is bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Booking Agreement and the Reservation Details hereof for the Rental Period whether or not subsequent agreements are executed by the Rentee or if EaDo Bike Co assigns a new agreement during the Rental Period for the purpose of invoicing the Rentee.

By submitting a request to reserve an item through EaDo Bike Co’s rental reservation system hosted by Bike Rental Manager, you, the Rentee, agree to the following Conditions of Rental Release and Fees and Payments.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION:

COLLECTION OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION: EaDo Bike Co collects Credit Card information for all rentals through a secure third-party payment processor (STRIPE) as a form of deposit against the value of the retail rental value of the equipment rented, all rental fees that occur, and all damages that may occur during the rental of the item. The submission of the credit card information is required for completion of the rental reservation or the booking will be canceled.
RELEASE OF RENTAL: EaDo Bike Co requires that the credit card information collected at the time of booking match the Legal Identification Card of the Rentee at the release of the rental. A physical Credit Card and Legal Identification Card must be presented at the time of the release of the rental to the Rentee. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS POLICY. EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to cancel the booking if the Legal Identification Card does not match the Credit Card held on file for the reservation and all applicable fees listed below will be applied to the canceled booking.

FEES AND PAYMENTS:

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION DEPOSITS: EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to use the credit card held on file at the time of booking to pay for non-refundable deposits. All rentals are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the full reservation fee which will be confirmed at the time of online booking. Reservation deposits are applied to the full-reservation rate of the rental including applicable fees listed in this agreement at pick-up or drop-off at the full discretion of EaDo Bike Co.
LATE RETURNS: EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to use the credit card held on file at the time of booking to pay for late returns. All rentals returned after the scheduled return date will be subject to a late return fee equal to that of the rental items' respective daily rate up to the price of replacement of the products. Daily rates will not be discounted on late returns.
CANCELLATIONS: EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to use the credit card held on file at the time of booking to pay for incurred cancellation fees. All reservations are subject to cancellation fees equal to the reservation deposit prior to 48 hours of the start of the reservation, or if within 48 hours to the start of the reservation period up the full amount of the reservation at EaDo Bike Co’s discretion.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS: EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to use the credit card held on file at the time of booking to pay for damaged, lost, or excessively dirty items. All rentals are subject to charges up to full retail replacement of products plus rental rates and late fees to cover loss or damage to equipment rented. Cleaning fees may apply to any product not returned in original condition at the discretion of EaDo Bike Co.
VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: EaDo Bike Co reserves the right to use the credit card held on file at the time of booking to pay for any necessary costs incurred due to violation of the terms and conditions listed in this agreement and subsequent agreements related to this booking.
