We will refund 100% to all customers for inclement weather. Our number one priority is safety, and we would never risk the safety of our customers due to slippery roads, or unsafe weather.

All other cancelations require 24 hour notification to receive your deposit, minus a $10 Booking Fee. Since the bike has been held through the reservation process, and we are unable to rent to another party. Notification means confirmed communication either via phone, text, or a received confirmation email from a Pedego 58 employee. Cancelations made after 24 hours will forfeit the Security Deposit up to the full cost of the reservation.
