Cruiser 30A Bike, Paddle Board, and Veer Cruiser Wagon Rental — Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting. By booking a rental from Cruiser 30A, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Period

➥ Rental periods are defined at booking and must be returned by the specified return time.

➥ Late returns may incur additional charges at the discretion of Cruiser 30A.

2. Booking and Cancellations

➥ All reservations require payment in advance or a valid credit card on file.

➥ Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full or partial refund.

➥ Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or booking may be subject to a cancellation fee.

➥ Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment.

3. Delivery and Pickup

➥ Delivery and pickup service is available within a defined delivery area at no additional cost.

➥ Customer must be present or make appropriate delivery instructions at the delivery location.

➥ If delivery or pickup is delayed due to Customer’s absence or inaccessibility, additional fees may apply.

4. Loss, Theft, or Damage

➥ The Customer is liable for loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the rental period.

➥ The Customer agrees to pay for any repairs or replacement of damaged, lost, or stolen equipment at the current market value, as determined by Cruiser 30A. This includes but is not limited to damage to the battery, motor, frame, tires, accessories, or keys. The Customer authorizes Cruiser 30A to charge the card on file for all such costs without additional consent.

➥ We strongly recommend securing bikes, boards, and wagons when unattended.

5. Customer Responsibilities

➥ The Customer must use all equipment safely and responsibly, following applicable laws and manufacturer instructions.

➥ The Customer must supervise children and minors at all times when using the equipment.

➥ The Customer is responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being and assumes all risks associated with rental equipment use.

6. Liability and Indemnification

➥ The Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Cruiser 30A, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability for injury, death, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of rental equipment.

➥ The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and reimburse Cruiser 30A for any and all expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, or claims arising from their use or misuse of the equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the equipment, third-party property damage, personal injury claims, or legal fees. The Customer authorizes Cruiser 30A to charge the card on file for any such costs without additional consent.

7. Governing Law

➥ These terms and conditions and any disputes arising from them will be governed by and interpreted in conformity with the laws of Florida, Walton County.
