Dynamite Bike Lab, its agents and its employees reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
at any time.
** Please note that Sunday rentals are from 10am - 2pm as store does not open until 10am **
In using this website, reserving products/services, purchasing products/services, and
providing information, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and
conditions:
Rental Terms
Participants must read and sign the Release from Liability Agreement prior to rental.
- A credit card and valid driver’s license or passport is required for rental and will be
securely held on premises until return of rental equipment.
- Locks, helmets, pedals and maps are provided for a fee or for free as indicated.
- Participants must be 12 years of age or older; Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
- Participants younger than 18, must be accompanied by an adult; the agreement
must be signed by the parent/guardian releasing Dynamite Bike Lab from liability.
- Participants must be in good health, be able to operate, control and balance
the equipment at the time of rental. Please consult your physician prior to
making a reservation.
- Participants are responsible for the rental equipment from the time the equipment
is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of rental
equipment.
- Rental equipment is due back on the date/time agreed upon by Dynamite Bike Lab and
the renter/rider(s).
- Participants must inform Dynamite Bike Lab if the equipment is damaged or not
working properly.
- Participants must comply with all traffic laws and ride with caution.
- The bicycles provided for use are in satisfactory operating condition and
participants agree to use them at their own risk or call deficiencies to the attention of
a Dynamite Bike Lab representative. Individual bike specifications are subject to
change based on availability of replacement components. Instruction in the
use, assembly and maintenance of bicycles will not be provided and
participants affirm that they are competent and familiar with the use of a multispeed bicycle.
- Customer understands and agrees that any subleasing of rental equipment
is prohibited and that any such sublease shall immediately cause termination
and cancellation of this contract.
- Customer shall assume liability for any and all damage or loss of and to personal
property, accident and/or injury to other persons related to said rental equipment.
Deposits, Payment, Reservations, Cancellation and Refund Policy:

- We accept cash and all major credit cards for payment.
- If booked online, the full rental fee will be charged upon booking reservation. If reservation is made in person, full rental fee will be collected at time of booking.
- 48-hour notification is required to cancel a reservation. If reservation is not cancelled
more than 48 hours in advance of scheduled pickup time, the full rental fee becomes non-refundable.
- If more than 48 hours notice is given to cancel a reservation, the full amount will be refunded.
- Late returns are subject to additional charges and late fees and will be decided on a case
by case basis at the discretion of Dynamite Bike Lab, its agents, and employees.
- If the rental period is extended, the renter authorizes Dynamite Bike Lab to charge the
credit card on file for monies due without the cardholder present.
- If the bicycle(s) and/or equipment is returned in the condition in which it was lent, renter will incur no additional charges
- If the bicycle(s) and/or equipment is returned with damages, the card on file will be
charged for rental costs and the damages incurred during the rental period (see list
below for possible charges). Renter authorizes Dynamite Bike Lab to charge the credit card on file for monies due without the cardholder present.
- Prices are subject to change during special events, festivals, etc. without notice.
- Once the rider(s) agrees to the riding terms, is fitted and receives riding instructions,
signs the rider agreement, and departs on the bike, no refunds will be issued.
- Lost or damaged lights will result in a $30 replacement charge.
- Damaged seats will result in a $50 replacement charge.
- Lost or damaged helmets will result in a $75 replacement charge.
- Lost or damaged keys will result in a $50 replacement charge.
- Lost or damaged locks will result in a $50 replacement charge.
- A $35 cleaning fee will be charged to your account for bikes that require special cleaning
to return to service line i.e. excessive mud etc.
- If the bicycle(s) is stolen, your account will be charged for the dealer’s replacement cost
per stolen bike.
