Pickup and drop off your rental at Icycle Sports, located at 21 Waterfront Pl, Whitehorse, Yukon or at our Carcross location (please select which location when booking).
Hours:
Starting June 1, 2024 we are open 7 days a week from 10am - 6pm at BOTH locations (Whitehorse and Carcross).
We do not offer after hour pickups or drop offs. Any late drop offs will be charged for additional rental time. You will not be charged for your rental until pickup.
Rental charges cannot be refunded. We can cancel a reservation for no charge up to 48-hours in advance of your rental booking. Cancellations within 48-hours of pick up and NO SHOW reservations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Mt. Sima Bike Nights: Walk-in or pre-book rentals at Mt. Sima on bike nights! Wednesdays and every second Friday all summer!
