Red Star Bikes LLC, DBA Joy Ride Bikes - Rental WAIVER

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that by signing this document I AM RELEASING Red Star Bikes LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS (“RELEASEES”) FROM LIABILITY. This release is a contract with legal consequences, and I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ IT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

In consideration of my being allowed to participate in Joy Ride Bikes Rental/Demo Program, I freely agree that:

Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity that poses serious risks of injury or even death. I fully assume the risks associated with my participation in this program including, but not limited to: hazards from improper technique, accidents or illness in remote locations without medical facilities or personnel, actions by other participants, equipment failure, inadequate safety measures, THE RELEASEES’ OWN NEGLIGENCE, weather conditions, trail conditions (both known and unknown), and the risk of any personal or bodily injury, disability, or death. I agree to “look before I leap” and any failure to observe obstacles or riding conditions, whether on the trails, roads, parks, or parking lots that may lead to injury and/or death is mine and mine alone.
