Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy For Rented Items:  

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pick-up will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will receive a full refund less a 1 day rental fee per item.  Booking date changes made 24 hours or more before originally scheduled pick-up will be accommodated if possible. Changes requested within 24 hours of original Start date will be accommodated if possible however rental charges will be incurred from the original start date even if the Start date is delayed.

Naples Cyclery does not give credits or refunds for early returns.

$35 Minimum - Delivery and Pick-Up of Rental Items (Excluding Road Bikes & Fitness Bikes) within the immediate Naples Area. Additional fees may apply depending on delivery location. Advance notice is required.  Deliveries will be made by 1 PM on the start day of the rental. IMPORTANT: Include delivery address info during checkout.
