Smith Creek Cycle

1. You will be receiving a separate email with the Liability Waiver to read and sign before you arrive.

BIKE RENTAL INFORMATION:

Thank you for your bike rental reservation with Smith Creek Cycle. The reservation payment is refundable if you cancel a minimum of two full days/48 hours in advance: 250-869-8878/rentals@smithcreekcycle.ca

Smith Creek Cycle opens at 10:00am and closes at 6pm. We are located at 2440 Main St, West Kelowna BC.

*PLEASE BRING A CREDIT CARD AND ID OR A PASSPORT TO LEAVE WITH US WHILE YOU USE THE RENTAL BIKE*

All renters are required to fill out the Release of Liability form, damage to the bike from any reason other than regular wear and tear is subject to be charged out at regular shop rates. Damages resulting from theft or negligent use may be charged to cover up to the retail value of the bike. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork; you are also welcome to come in the day or evening before your rental reservation to fill out the paperwork - It is only necessary once per rental period.

Bikes must be returned each evening 15 minutes before the shop closes for storage and tuning. We can happily store the bikes throughout the day or overnight if needed.

We have gloves, helmets, and knee pads available for rent as well. Please allow yourself 15 minutes extra if you require these items. Helmets are included at no charge. Gloves and Knee pads cost 10 per rental.

If you have pedals that you would like to ride with, please bring them along and we can put them on any bike you are renting. Remember to bring your riding shoes, gloves, goggles and any other gear you prefer to ride with.

We also offer 10% off any additional purchases in Smith Creek Cycle the day you are renting :)

RIDER WEIGHT AND BRAKE SET-UP: We will have the bikes set up per the rider weight and brake preference you noted on the booking form. Please email or call us if you need to change/update the rider weight or brake set-up.
