Rental Pick-Up and Return

Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations must be made through our online portal
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date are eligible for a full refund.
• For multi-day rentals, early returns will be prorated based on the unused portion of the reservation

Damage & Loss Responsibility

• Renters are responsible for any damage incurred during use.
• Repair costs will be charged to the credit card on file.
• Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged equipment will be charged at full retail value. Exercise caution to avoid theft.
• Use of rental equipment in terrain or bike parks is prohibited without prior written authorization.
• The optional $15 Damage Waiver covers damage on the bike up to $250, plus it waives all labor fees associated with the repair.
• • Anything beyond $250 in repair costs the Damage Waiver, or any amount of damage if you decline coverage, is the responsibility of the rider and must be paid in full upon return of the demo bike.
  • Does not cover negligence (such as during transportation) or theft.

Rental Credits Policy

• $300 in rental credits may be applied toward the purchase of current season Specialized bikes.
• Credits must be redeemed within 30 days of the last rental.
• Credits are valid only at the associated rental location and cannot be applied to prior model year bikes, used bikes, or online purchases.
