Reservations and cancellations
While no payment or deposit is required to make a reservation, your card information will be held in case of late cancellation or damage. This credit card used to make the reservation and valid photo identification must be presented at time of rental pick up, and final payment will be collected at this time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the pick up time to prevent loss of rental fees. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in all rental fees paid in full.
I hold to Wasatch Touring, it’s officers, agents, and employees harmless for injury or death resulting from rental of this equipment.
I agree to keep this equipment in my custody and will not assign or sublease it to any other person.
I acknowledge that this equipment is of size and design selected by me.
I also agree to pay for the costs of any repair or replacement that may be done to keep the equipment in the same shape it was in when I checked it out. Please bring any existing damage to the attention of the attendant.
